Refund Policy

Eligibility & Timeframe

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all seals intact and in the original, undamaged packaging. A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order. Items marked as Final Sale (including clearance, promotional items, gift sets, and discounted bundles) cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Process & Refund Method

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at care@gadreenbeauty.com within the eligible timeframe. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns shipped without an RMA number may not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (typically within 5-10 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items, Shipping & Exchanges

The following items are not eligible for return: used products, opened skincare or liquid items, final sale merchandise, and free promotional gifts. For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been unsealed or used. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return items lost in transit. We currently offer refunds only and do not process direct exchanges. For a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order on our website.
