The Brand, its affiliates, and its manufacturers expressly disclaim any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or adverse reactions—including but not limited to redness, irritation, allergic responses, or breakouts—that arise from the misuse, improper application, failure to follow directions, or individual user sensitivity to any product ingredient. You agree to discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional or dermatologist should any discomfort or adverse reaction occur. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

All transactions and purchases made through Gadreen’s official website, authorized retailers, or other sanctioned points of sale are subject to product availability and acceptance by the Brand. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Gadreen will only accept returns or process exchanges for items that are in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all seals and packaging intact, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. This policy does not cover products that have been used, altered, damaged by the customer, or are part of a final sale, promotion, gift set, or discounted bundle. To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact our customer service team for authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed error on Gadreen’s part. The Brand reserves the sole right to inspect returned items and refuse any return that does not comply with these stipulated conditions. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a standard processing period. Gadreen is not liable for orders lost, delayed, or damaged in transit after the product has been handed to the shipping carrier.
