Shipping Policy
Processing Time, Shipping Destinations & Rates
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the selected service, and the total weight of your order. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all domestic (U.S.) orders over $50.00 USD, before taxes and after any discounts. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping charges.
Shipping Methods, Delivery Times & Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery times vary by destination and selected service:

Continental U.S.: Standard Shipping (5-7 business days), Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days).

Canada & UK: International Standard (10-15 business days).
Please note these are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include order processing time. Delivery times may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, customs processing (for international orders), or incorrect addressing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package as soon as it is dispatched. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Gadreen is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
In-Transit Issues, Lost Packages & Damaged Shipments
While we strive for a seamless delivery experience, we are not responsible for delays once a package is in the custody of the shipping carrier. If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local postal carrier. If the package remains missing, contact us at care@gadreenbeauty.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. For damaged shipments, you must notify us and the carrier within 48 hours of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging to process a replacement or refund. Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed within the carrier’s specified claim period.
